DTF T-Shirt Printing
DTF printing is suitable for detailed logos, gradients, photographic artwork and designs containing several colors. It can be applied to cotton, polyester and many blended fabrics, including both light and dark T-shirts.
This method is useful for small and medium quantities, individual names and numbers, event shirts and artwork that would require too many screens for traditional screen printing.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is generally suitable for larger quantities and designs containing solid colors. Ink is applied through separate screens, making the method efficient when the same artwork is repeated across a bulk order.
It is commonly used for staff uniforms, promotional T-shirts, corporate campaigns, school events and merchandise collections.
T-Shirt Sublimation
Sublimation transfers the design into compatible polyester fabric using heat. Because the color becomes part of the material, the result remains smooth and does not create a heavy print layer.
Sublimation T-shirts are suitable for sportswear, team shirts and full-color designs. Traditional sublimation works best on white or light-colored polyester. It is not the correct method for ordinary black cotton T-shirts.
For dark garments or cotton fabric, DTF or screen printing may be more appropriate.
T-Shirt Embroidery
T-shirt embroidery creates a stitched logo directly on the garment. It provides a textured, professional finish suited to company uniforms, polo shirts, workwear, club clothing and premium merchandise.
Embroidery works best for logos with clear shapes, readable lettering and controlled detail. Left-chest logos, sleeve branding, names and small emblems are common placements.
The garment must also support the weight and density of the stitches. Lightweight T-shirts may require simplified artwork and careful stabilization to prevent the fabric from stretching or puckering. Heavier cotton T-shirts and polo shirts generally provide a better surface for dense embroidered logos.
