Embroidered patches are a classic and reliable choice for organizations across the USA. Created with raised stitching and rich thread colors, they add texture and durability to uniforms, jackets, hats, and workwear.
Woven patches are designed for logos that require sharp detail, small lettering, or fine artwork. Thin threads woven tightly together provide a smooth finish and excellent clarity.
PVC patches are flexible, waterproof, and built for tough conditions. Featuring bold colors and a 3D molded look, they resist fading, cracking, and wear.
Printed patches reproduce gradients, photographs, and complex artwork with precision using high-resolution printing technology.
Soft enamel badges feature raised metal lines with recessed enamel fills, creating a dimensional textured finish perfect for events and promotions.
Hard enamel badges provide a smooth jewelry-grade surface with a refined, polished appearance ideal for awards and premium branding.
Challenge coins symbolize achievement, unity, and recognition. Fully customizable in shape, size, plating, and color.
After you submit your design, our team prepares a digital mockup for approval before production begins.
Choose how patches attach
The patch backing determines how a custom patch is attached, removed, and maintained. Choose the option based on the garment fabric, expected wear, washing requirements, and whether the patch needs to stay permanent or remain removable.
01
Permanent attachment
A plain fabric backing is stitched directly to the garment or product. Sewing provides a dependable attachment for patches exposed to movement, frequent wear, or regular washing.
02
Heat-applied attachment
A heat-activated adhesive bonds the patch to compatible fabric using controlled heat and pressure. Always check the garment care label and test heat-sensitive materials before application.
03
Removable attachment
A hook-and-loop backing lets the patch be removed, replaced, or repositioned on a matching loop panel. This format is often called Velcro backing and works well when names or roles change.
Four clear steps
Ordering custom patches in the USA starts with your artwork or idea and moves through a free digital mockup, approval, production, and delivery. Each checkpoint confirms the design and patch specifications before manufacturing begins.
Start here
Upload a logo, sketch, finished artwork, or written concept. Include the patch size, quantity, patch type, colors, border, and backing when known.
Free design preview
Your artwork is translated into a patch-ready layout. The free mockup shows the proposed shape, border, lettering, colors, and key production details before the order moves forward.
Final design check
Check spelling, dimensions, color placement, border style, backing, and overall appearance. Request any needed changes, then approve the final mockup for production.
Made and dispatched
The approved custom patches move into production using the selected materials and construction. After quality checks, the completed order is prepared for delivery to your U.S. address.
