At YallaPatches, we are committed to delivering your custom patches quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

- All custom orders are processed after your digital mockup approval. - Standard production time is typically 3-5 business days, depending on the design and order size. - Once production is complete, your order will be shipped immediately.

2. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over 200 AED / $55. Orders below this amount will be subject to standard delivery charges.

3. International Shipping

For international customers, shipping charges are calculated based on your order quantity and the destination country. The exact cost will be provided before the order is placed.

4. Delivery Time

• UAE Orders: Delivered within 1-2 business days after shipping.
• International Orders: Typically 4-7 business days, depending on destination and courier.

5. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.

7. Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, unexpected delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, or peak seasons may occur. YallaPatches is not responsible for delays outside our control.
