From production to tracked delivery

Every YallaPatches order is produced to its approved specifications before it is packed and handed to a delivery partner. This policy explains production scheduling, free delivery within the UAE, international shipping charges, courier partners, and shipment tracking.

Free UAE shipping Standard shipping is free throughout the United Arab Emirates.
UAE delivery: 1-2 days The delivery estimate starts after the completed order is dispatched.
Tracking provided Tracking details are shared when the shipment leaves our facility.

Production confirmed

Production time depends on the quantity and size of the order. The expected schedule is confirmed while the order is being placed.

After production and quality checks are complete, the order is packed and assigned to an appropriate delivery partner.

Once the order has shipped, we provide the available tracking number or link so its delivery progress can be followed.

Domestic delivery

Shipping within the UAE

Shipping is free across the UAE. Delivery normally takes 1-2 days after dispatch to addresses in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Delivery charge: AED 0 Free UAE shipping applies to eligible YallaPatches orders.
