Product Details

Every patch can be finished with iron-on, sew-on or hook-and-loop (Velcro) backing, depending on whether it will be sewn on, heat-applied or swapped between uniforms. You can also order custom shapes and sizes to match your logo.

Each order starts with a free digital proof. You review the size, colors, shape and artwork first, and production begins only after you approve it.

Artwork Requirements for Patches, Pins and Coins


Preferred formats: vector files such as AI, EPS or PDF. High resolution PNG or JPG also works.

Resolution: 300 DPI at the final size.

Colours: tell us the colour codes (Pantone if you have them) so we can match thread and enamel.

Fine detail: very small text and thin lines can disappear in embroidery and fill in on enamel, so keep lettering large and simple.

Logos and crests: send the original file if you have one, so Bahrain unit or company emblems are reproduced accurately.

No artwork? Send a sketch or reference image and we will prepare a proof for approval.

How Ordering Works
  1. Submit your design: send your logo or artwork, the product you want (patches, lapel pins or challenge coins), the size and the quantity. If you only have a sketch or reference image, send that.
  2. Get your digital proof: we prepare a digital mockup showing the design, colours, size and backing. Revisions are included.
  3. Approve and confirm the quote: once you approve the proof and the price, production starts. Nothing is made before your approval.
  4. Production: your order is made and quality checked. Production time is based on item and qty.
  5. Tracked delivery to Bahrain: your order ships by courier with a tracking number to Manama, Muharraq, Riffa or anywhere in the Kingdom. Delivery takes 2-3 business days.

Customs duties, import taxes and any related clearance fees charged by Bahrain are the customer's responsibility and must be paid by the customer. Our prices do not include them.
